  • How much does a ride cost for a patient?

    Nothing! We provide completely free rides to cancer patients, no cost and no hidden fees.

    We gather our money through donations!

  • How do I sign up?

    If you are a first-time rider, please call us and we’ll get you registered into our system.

    If you have ridden with us before, press the “Book A Ride” button at the top of the website and follow the steps.

  • When should I book a ride?

    All rides must be booked at least 72 hours before its designated time.

  • What makes me eligible?

    The rider must be a patient who is or has been diagnosed with a form of cancer.

    The rider must have a working cell phone on their person before, during, and after the ride.

    The rider must be able to board the vehicle by themself.

    The rider’s pickup/dropoff address must be in the DFW metroplex.

    The rider must be traveling to a treatment center/hospital that has been verified by us.

  • Where are the rides provided?

    Our service area is currently limited to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We are dedicated to providing rides to approved treatment centers or hospitals, ensuring that you get the care you need.

  • How do I get to my ride?

    We understand how important punctuality is, and we strive to make sure you arrive at your destination on time. A ride will be waiting for you at your pickup location at the scheduled time.

    To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please make sure to be ready a few minutes before your scheduled time. We are honored to be a part of your journey and want to provide the best service possible.
